When we started class we realized that the security of our web host had been compromised.  All of our Index and Home pages had been renamed Index.htm.hrr and home.htm.hrr respectively.  

See below for an example of how our pages had been corrupted.

We did research into the above links and came to realize that these links were hosted on a local radio stations server.  We sent the following email to notify the company about the security breach.

We discussed what could have caused this problem, and it was very possibly a virus.  All of the files were changed at the same time on the same day.
