The story about DELL:
Dr. Ebrahimi's keyboard on his laptop was broken. So he called DELL for a replacement even if they gave him a down grade. They told him they would ship another one but he never received it. They couldn't find the address. Finally he wrote a few emails and the technician came to change the keyboard. The technician broke other keys as well. He had to wait for another keyboard and it still didn't come. DELL sent the key to the school instead of his home address. DELL was going to provide a technician to install it but Dr. Ebrahimi decided to do it himself.
